Terms of sale

These terms apply to digital products sold on thepracticemanual.com by Healthcare Straight Up, a Florida business that operates The Practice Manual (“The Practice Manual,” “we,” “us”).

Digital products

Our products are digital templates and resources delivered by email after purchase. Nothing is shipped. Some products require a free account with a third-party tool, such as Notion, which is named on each product page.

Payment and delivery

Checkout is handled by Payhip. After payment, you receive an email with a delivery PDF that holds your product link. If it doesn’t arrive within an hour, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Prices

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you’ve already paid for. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply.

Educational use

Our products are educational resources and organizing tools. They are not professional, legal, financial, tax or medical advice. Requirements vary by location; consult a qualified professional for your situation. Results depend on how a product is used, and we make no guarantee of any business or client outcome.

Third-party tools

The Practice Manual is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion, Payhip or any other tool our products work with. We aren’t responsible for changes those tools make to their features or pricing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Product license

When you buy a product, you receive a license for one practitioner or one business.

You may

• Use the product in your own practice or business
• Let members of your own team use it within that one business
• Edit and customize it for your own use
• Share finished client-facing documents you create with it with your own clients

You may not

• Resell, give away or redistribute the product, its files or its template link
• Share it with other businesses or practitioners outside your business
• Include it, or a modified version of it, in a product you sell

Updates

Each purchase includes 12 months of updates to the version you bought, starting on your purchase date. Major new versions or add-on modules may be sold separately. Because a template copy belongs to you, an update can’t change it automatically. We send a new link, and you choose whether to move your entries into the new version.

Refund policy

All sales are final. Our products are digital files you receive instantly and keep, so we don’t offer refunds once a purchase is complete. Please read each product page, including what it requires, before you buy.

14 days of setup help

We want your product to work for you. For 14 days after your purchase, we’ll help you get it set up and working. Email us at hcstraightup@gmail.com with your order email and a description of what’s happening.

• If your delivery email or link doesn’t arrive or doesn’t work, we’ll send you a working one.
• If you’re stuck during setup, we’ll walk you through it.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address and order details. Payment details go to Payhip and its payment processors; we never see your full card number.
• When you join our email list: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
• When you contact us: what you send us.
• When you visit: if you allow analytics cookies, basic visit statistics through Google Analytics, such as which pages you view, the website that sent you here, your general location (city and country), your device and browser type, and which buttons you click. We use these only to understand how the site is used and improve it. We don’t use this information to identify you.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver your purchase, send product updates, answer your questions and, if you joined our list, send you practice-system tips. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that run this store: Payhip for checkout, delivery and email; Google for website analytics and search reporting; and our website host. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails anytime with the link in any email. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hcstraightup@gmail.com.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This site uses two kinds:

• Necessary cookies keep the site working, such as remembering your cookie choice. These are always on.
• Analytics cookies from Google Analytics help us see how visitors use the site. These are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

You can change your choice anytime using the cookie settings link at the bottom of any page, or by clearing cookies in your browser. You can also block Google Analytics on all websites with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Client information in our templates

Anything you enter into a template you copy into your own Notion account is stored in your account, not with us. We can’t see it.
